In the beginning there was the idea to make Italian Balsamico in South Tyrol, now after many years it became real... ALPENSCHWARZ.

 

The first premium balsamic vinegar from South Tyrol is made with great passion from hand-picked grapes after many years of aging in small wooden barrels.

Alpenschwarz is unique, a high class balsamic vinegar, without additives or colorings.

Sustainability is a top priority in the Waldthaler balsamic vinegar manufactory. Short transport routes, recyclable materials and natural agriculture are our guidelines.
